Dr P J SUDHAKAR started his career as a child labour ,waiter in a hotel and a cattle boy in the fields in a remote village Redagadi,Visakhapatnam district in Andhra Pradesh .He has also worked as agricultural labour ,rod bender in a construction company and a typist in a Government Organisation.
Dr Sudhakar ,social reformer ,working actively championing the cause of children ,women ,weaker sections of the society namely scheduled castes,scheduled tribes,backward classes and minorities .Inspired by the great social reformer Dr.Raja Rammohan Roy and Mother Theresa and travelling on the path of social reform shown by him fighting for the elimination of social evils like foeticide ,child marriages ,dowry system ,polygamy, forced prostitution ,child labour ,bonded labour ,liquor ,untouchability,caste system, economic social and cultural inequalities in the society.
Advocating the human rights, right to life and liberty, equality and human dignity .Continuously working for preserving and promotion of fundamental human rights of women and children, weaker sections and preventing the crimes against the voice-less segments of Indian Society .He is a champion of protection of child rights.Vehemently working for rural literacy ,delivering motivation lectures aiming to address one crore youth and so far motivated 10 lakh youth from different segments of society for a positive social change and change of mindset for the progress of humanity ,society and nation –building ,communal harmony, national integration .Preaching the message of love ,compassion ,brotherhood and equality of human being irrespective of caste ,colour ,religion,race,language and place of birth.
Dr Sudhakar is continuously creating awareness among the large sections of society about the rights ,duties and responsibilities towards the nation .As a founder-president of National Mental Health Movement ,having a team of 100 psychologists providing counseling to thousands of AIDS patients to create a hope for life and to students to inculcate the moral values and ethical standards in society respecting parents, teachers and elders participating in the social service and community development activities and nation-building .
He has been delivering personality development lectures and motivating youth for achieving success in life, pasting the academic examinations, opting for the bright career prospects and discharging the social responsibility as citizens of India.
Dr P J Sudhakar who developed from a child labour to a civil servant ,achieved civil services i.e Indian Information Service 1987 and gained rich experience in public administration ,in print and electronic media like All India Radio , Doordarshan, Yozana Magazine and sharing his real life experiences with thousands of youth and to create confidence in them for achieving higher positions in their lives and motivated 10 lakh youth .
Dr Sudhakar is a multi-faceted personality and effectively Communicator, Researcher, Journalist, Singer, Educationist, Dancer, Author, Poet Balladeer, Humanist, Civil Rights Crusader, Psychologist ,Lawyer, Mimicry Artist, Human Rights Activist,Professor,Actor,HRD Trainer, Psycho Therapist, Historian ,Medical Doctor, Social Worker,Social Scientist,Social Reformer,Social Activist and of all the things, he is simple soul.
